Digital Technician
As a Digital Technician, the individual will ensure mobile platforms perform flawlessly and remain reliable. This role supports ambitious goals and innovative projects within the gaming industry.

The technician will be responsible for deploying mobile applications, coordinating build and release cycles, and submitting applications to app stores. They will also support backend services, monitor for incidents, and provide technical support for mobile application issues. Maintaining internal testing environments and user documentation are also key aspects of the role.
- Deploy mobile applications by using Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate build creation, versioning, and release cycles for iOS and Android.
- Submit and maintain applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Support release validation, rollout, and deployment issue solving.
- Support backend services hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like Amazon Cognito, Amazon SNS, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of mobile application services.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve production incidents impacting users.
- Provide frontline technical support for mobile application issues.
- Maintain and support internal mobile testing environments for QA and development teams.
- Use GitHub for source control, branching, and release management.
- Support CI/CD pipeline execution and automation improvements.
- Maintain clear and accurate user documentation in Confluence.
- More than 2 years of experience assisting with or launching iOS and Android mobile applications (required).
- Strong understanding of GitHub and version control workflows (required).
- Experience with AWS services, including Cognito, SNS, and CloudFormation (required).
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and release workflows (required).
- Strong incident management and solving skills (required).
- Demonstrated focus on application uptime and service reliability (required).
- Experience using Salesforce and/or TFS (Azure DevOps) for support and work tracking (required).
- Familiarity with mobile release automation tools (e.g., Fastlane) (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration (nice-to-have).
- Experience with systems that require high availability or interact directly with customers (nice-to-have).
