ERP PDM Associate
This outstanding opportunity as an ERP PDM Associate allows you to be part of an ambitious team that continually pushes the boundaries of creativity and performance.
The role maintains product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems. It involves screening and assigning support tickets from end users, resolving issues based on severity, and managing the lifecycle of assigned bugs from activation to closure.
The associate will identify and bring up blockers for active bugs and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). ECOs will be completed in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.
- Maintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.
- Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.
- Manage the lifecycle of assigned "bugs" from activation to closure.
- Identify and bring up blockers for active "bugs" and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (required).
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems (required).
- Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines (required).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues (required).
- Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers (required).
- Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities (required).
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service (required).
