Finance Functional Lead - D365
Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Functional Lead - D365 to join its ERP team. This role is responsible for implementing and optimising finance processes across the global enterprise. As the first hire for the new Europe team, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the department and ensuring the delivery of finance solutions for complex business scenarios within the gaming industry.
The position involves leading the development and configuration of core finance modules while maintaining alignment with global process standards. The Finance Functional Lead will coordinate solution delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business-critical issues, and provide guidance on process optimisation to support informed business decision-making.
- Lead the development, configuration, and implementation of core finance modules, ensuring alignment with global process standards.
- Coordinate solution delivery for projects managed by both internal and external partners.
- Validate configurations and support cutover and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Global ERP group to resolve business-critical issues and improve reporting capabilities.
- Counsel on process optimisation and participate in environmental strategy development.
- Guarantee consistency with Global standards and adherence to regulations.
- Monitor external implementation partners and support data migration initiatives.
- Strong functional knowledge of D365FO Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Management (required).
- Deep understanding of financial processes in a manufacturing or gaming environment (required).
- Knowledge of multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting (required).
- Familiarity with taxation, regulatory compliance, and audit processes (required).
- Capability to perform finance reconciliations and period-end close activities within D365FO (required).
- Experience in financial reporting, management reporting, and BI requirements (required).
- Proven track record of delivering multiple full-cycle D365FO Finance implementations as a functional consultant (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail (required).
- Ability to engage effectively with finance collaborators and leadership, showcasing adept people management skills (required).
