Game Operations Specialist

The role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating game releases and content updates. It also includes managing game configurations, supporting business-as-usual operations, and coordinating the onboarding of new markets and operators. The specialist will provide operational and technical support, coordinate content deployment, and monitor live operational processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and complete game releases and content updates across multiple environments.
- Manage and maintain game configurations, including metadata, feature settings, stakes, and environment-specific parameters.
- Support business-as-usual operations by coordinating routine updates, patches, and hotfixes with minimal disruption to live environments.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new markets and operator integrations, ensuring operational readiness, structured testing, and smooth debut execution.
- Provide operational and technical support during onboarding and post-launch activities, working with internal teams to resolve configuration and integration issues.
- Coordinate the scheduling, validation, and deployment of third-party and in-house content following release plans and market demands.
- Monitor live operational processes and find opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and release quality.
- 2+ years of experience in game operations, content distribution, release coordination, or a similar technical or operational role (required).
- Experience working with external partners, operators, or third-party vendors (preferred).
- Familiarity with iGaming or digital content ecosystems (preferred).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (required).
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and collaborators (required).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach to problem-solving (required).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with a high level of accuracy and accountability (required).
- Familiarity with release processes, build and release tools, Excel, and other operational systems (nice-to-have).
- Flexibility to support release windows and operational blocking issues when required (required).
