Global Manager, ERP
Aristocrat is seeking a Global Manager, ERP to lead a business-critical function supporting worldwide operations and an enterprise transformation agenda. The Global Manager, ERP will play a pivotal role in the IT function, leading both people and managers to deliver world-class solutions. The position focuses on maintaining operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems while developing a highly engaged and technically outstanding engineering organisation.
- Stay current on IT Applications guidelines and maintain related licenses and certifications.
- Manage the existing ERP function to ensure flawless operational excellence across corporate and legacy ERP systems.
- Craft and develop succession paths within the ERP organisation.
- Provide organisational and operational support to all strategic enterprise applications projects.
- Develop a highly engaged, technically outstanding engineering organisation to support business needs.
- Manage team and engineering processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Achieve department goals by managing team activities, planning, evaluating, and developing growth opportunities.
- Guide programs and projects using standard methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with IT business partners to understand, interpret, and disseminate project requirements.
- Run the build, development, and management of the implementation of processes and procedures.
- Drive operational excellence to improve performance, enhance value, reduce waste, increase efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve key performance metrics.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, computer science, project management, engineering, or related field (required).
- An advanced degree is preferred (preferred).
- At least five years of experience leading engineering or applications teams at a manager level or above (required).
- At least eight years of experience managing engineering SAAS delivery projects (required).
- At least 10 years of experience working with Microsoft D365 F&O (required).
- Significant experience in configuring, developing and supporting Finance, GSC and Warehousing modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (required).
- Recent experience coordinating a staff of 10-20 engineers, business analysts, system admins, and data analysts (required).
- Demonstrated success in guiding innovation and deploying new technologies (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).

- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (required).
- High learning agility for the technical domain (required).
- High emotional intelligence (required).
- Willingness to travel on project assignments as needed (25%) (required).
