IT Senior Director Technical BRM
The IT Senior Director Technical Business Relationship Manager role bridges IT capabilities with business functions such as Product Engineering, CTO, Data/AI, and Game Technology. This role requires building positive relationships within IT, GIS, the CTO organisation, the Product Group Engineering organisation, and the Data/BI organisation to ensure clear project objectives, cooperative delivery, and shared accountability. The individual will understand and clearly communicate the IT governance/management process, IT/GIS organisation, and IT/GIS roadmaps to the supported Business Organisations. They will partner with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and develop creative solutions where high levels of complexity and uncertainty exist. The role involves delivering high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status, and directing quarterly, fiscal year, and multi-year roadmaps amid ongoing change and rising demand. This includes considering a mix of risk evaluations, value statements, strategic coherence, and capacity versus demand planning. The position also drives effective portfolio management, including regular operations reviews and steering committees, and improves value delivered by developing and maintaining IT Product Backlogs, ensuring they remain aligned with customer and partner needs.

- Understand and clearly communicate the IT governance/management process, IT/GIS organisation, and the IT/GIS roadmaps to the supported Business Organisations.
- Partner with business leadership to plan new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and develop creative solutions where high levels of complexity and uncertainty exist.
- Deliver high-impact executive-level presentations on project, portfolio, and roadmap status.
- Direct Quarterly, Fiscal Year, and Multi-Year Roadmaps amid ongoing change and rising demand, considering a mix of risk evaluations, value statements, strategic coherence, and capacity versus demand planning.
- Drive effective portfolio management including regular operations reviews and steering committees.
- Improve value delivered by developing and maintaining IT Product Backlogs, ensuring they remain aligned with customer and partner needs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in computer science, project management, engineering, or related project management undergraduate course of study; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred (preferred).
- Technical knowledge related to cloud infrastructure, architecture, and established guidelines (required).
- PMP, Networking, and Cybersecurity certifications preferred (preferred).
- At least fifteen (15) years of combined experience in Information Technology and Cybersecurity (required).
- Experience crafting, managing, tracking, and reporting on yearly and multi-year roadmaps (required).
- Experience managing the capacity of demand of numerous teams (required).
- Strong experience managing projects and initiatives across the globe (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with ambiguity, and remain effective and positive under pressure (required).
- Located in Las Vegas with ability to work flexible hours with collaborators located across multiple time zones (required).
- Candidates must be authorised to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship (required).
- Pay range of $126,000 - $234,000 per year.
