Manager, Global Strategy Delivery

Assisting in the implementation of group-wide strategic initiatives and projects is a key part of this role. Performing financial and commercial analysis will guide business decisions. Driving, assisting, and supporting the management and tracking of project achievements and outcomes is also essential. Collaboration with colleagues across functions will help drive initiatives forward. Preparing clear, high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leaders is required. Working with key collaborators to define, plan, complete, and govern pivotal initiatives is necessary. Facilitating cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and identifying and managing risks and issues effectively are also key responsibilities. Delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and to required performance metrics, while meeting business value and financial targets set forth for initiatives, is paramount. Providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress, status, and risk management, and conducting research and developing systems to facilitate central initiative progress are also expected.

- 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate transformations, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles with emphasis on Program Management (required).
- Strong academic background (degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field) (required).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail (required).
- Critical decision-making and judgment capabilities (required).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage with team members at all levels (required).
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with a low-ego, team-oriented approach (required).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise actions (required).
