Marketing QA Specialist
Aristocrat is looking for a Marketing QA Specialist to own the quality assurance process across multiple projects. The role involves running comprehensive testing for new promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases across the iLottery platform, mobile app, and website.
The specialist will compose, build, and finalize test plans, test cases, and regression testing procedures to validate technical functionality, platform improvements, and player-facing features. They will ensure that new promotions, player journeys, and segmentation logic function as intended from both a technical and customer-facing perspective.
This role requires logging, tracking, and analyzing defects in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners, clearly documenting issues for effective resolution. The specialist will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing leads to ensure business and technical requirements offer clarity across business units and translate into effective QA plans. Maintaining documentation to improve team awareness, project efficiency, and facilitate effective information exchange is also key.
Participation in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ongoing platform development and marketing initiatives is expected. The specialist will provide input on release readiness and support crucial changes prior to releases and campaign launches. Cross-platform testing using manual and automated methods will be performed, and external testing providers will be used for scalability and real-user validation. Owning measurement set up and validating tagging and analytics events related to promotions, campaigns, and new platform features is also part of the role.
