Payroll Administrator
The Payroll Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring payroll processes run efficiently at Aristocrat. The individual will provide essential support to the Americas Payroll Team and contribute to the overall wellbeing of employees.

- Pick up and distribute mail weekly.
- Process garnishments and notarizations as necessary.
- Ensure garnishment checks are notarized and mailed out biweekly.
- Assist with weekly 401(k) audits.
- Review weekly benefit arrears and add to payroll as necessary.
- Perform monthly deduction audits and process arrears.
- Monitor new hires and complete ADP set-up.
- Monitor and respond to the payroll inbox.
- Prepare terminations and ad-hoc wire payments.
- Prepare post-payroll reports.
- A minimum of 2+ years of US payroll processing experience (required).
- Hands-on experience supporting payroll operations (required).
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal daily instruction, seeking mentorship on newly introduced tasks (required).
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines (required).
- High adaptability and flexibility (required).
- Clear and effective communication in both speaking and writing (required).
- Good judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills within established payroll procedures (required).
