Aristocrat is looking for a People Partner to drive an outstanding employee experience and improve performance across its teams. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing business needs with an empathetic approach to the employee lifecycle.

The People Partner will lead with influence, build positive relationships, and implement world-class HR practices. The position requires a professional who can mentor leaders, support the adoption of HR tools, and ensure consistent application of global frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers in assigned business units to understand and address business priorities with aligned people solutions.
  • Provide practical, timely, and commercially grounded advice on performance, engagement, and transformation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with an empathetic employee experience.
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring key moments like Goal Setting and Connect Conversations are impactful.
  • Mentor leaders on people programs, processes, and leadership behaviours to build strong manager capabilities.
  • Support the adoption of P&C tools and ensure managers receive clear, actionable mentorship.
  • Complete global P&C programs, ensuring consistent adoption of frameworks, standards, and processes.
  • Assist managers with day-to-day employee relations and case handling, providing early intervention to prevent blocking issues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with all People Partners, Strategic Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve processes, programs, and the overall employee experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in a People Partnering or HR generalist role within a complex or global organisation (required).
  • Strong working knowledge of partnering with leaders, managers, and employees (required).
  • Demonstrated background in employee relations and managing cases (required).
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills (required).
  • Ability to empower and enable managers through mentoring and partnering (required).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant HR experience (required).
  • Knowledge of foundational country laws and regulations (required).
  • Business insight and commercial knowledge (required).
  • Attention to operational excellence and detail (required).
  • Learning agility and a growth mindset (required).
