Product Manager ANZ
Aristocrat is looking for a passionate and strategically minded Product Manager to take ownership of the Class III Australia and New Zealand gaming content portfolio. This role involves defining the vision, influencing strategy, and shaping the future of the content roadmap across the ANZ region.
Working alongside world-class studios, creative teams, and business leaders, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, guide investment decisions, and help bring industry-leading gaming experiences to life. The role provides a seat at the table with senior leadership and the ability to influence products that entertain players across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead a portfolio by owning the roadmap and developing a high-impact collection of gaming content spanning Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision extending 2+ years into the future.
- Partner with creative studios and cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities and transform ideas into standout products.
- Drive strategic decisions by using player insights, market intelligence, and performance data to prioritise investment and influence direction.
- Lead products through the entire lifecycle from concept and strategy through development to delivery.
- Travel domestically and internationally to key markets, venues, and industry events to understand emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
- Build alignment across executives, development teams, and commercial collaborators to drive outcomes.
- 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within slots gaming (required).
- Knowledge of gaming regulations (required).
- Experience managing content portfolios, product roadmaps, or game portfolios (required).
- Understanding of gaming mathematics, probability concepts, and player engagement mechanics (required).
- Solid understanding of game development, creative production, and cross-functional delivery (required).
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail (required).
- Ability to interpret technical requirements (required).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and product analytics platforms (required).
- Curiosity and eagerness to understand AI tools and capabilities (required).
- Deep understanding of Class III / land-based gaming performance drivers (required).
- Authorised to work in Australia on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship (required).
