Description

Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage its Social business channel and be part of its ambitious team. This role is pivotal within the organisation, offering the opportunity to develop the future of its products and compete in a dynamic market.

The Product Manager will define and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within the Social business. They will lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives, conduct market research to determine customer needs and the competitive landscape, and develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals. Prioritising features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences is key, as is collaborating with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches. The role involves monitoring product performance and iterating based on user feedback and data, building and presenting compelling product proposals to senior leadership, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development. Driving product adoption through effective communication and training, and analysing and reporting on important data to measure product success are also core responsibilities. The Product Manager will advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role (required).
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and practices (required).
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills (required).
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment (required).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (required).
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (required).
  • Master's or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products (required).
  • Ability to strictly prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously (required).
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry (required).
