Product Owner
Aristocrat Interactive is seeking an exceptionally driven and ambitious Product Owner to join its world-class team. This role offers the chance to develop the future of modern products in the iGaming industry. The position involves implementing solutions that deliver smooth and intuitive user interactions.
As a Product Owner, the individual will play a pivotal role in the organisation, contributing to the growth and success of the business. Their expertise will guide the development of the product roadmap, helping to maintain a strong position in the market. This role follows a hybrid working model, with a requirement to work from the office three days per week.
- Develop new products, enhance features, and improve conversion rates to grow the business.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, including planning, execution, and analysis phases.
- Guarantee seamless user experiences across web, mobile platforms, and backend systems.
- Analyze user behavior through web analytics to continually improve core benchmarks.
- Write high-level Business Requirement documents for new products and improvements to existing ones.
- Collaborate with multiple departments including R&D, payments, customer support, CRM, designers, and analytics.
- Provide timely progress reports to collaborators, highlighting successes and addressing delivery risks with mitigation strategies.
- Conduct market research on mobile and web products, identifying trends, innovations, and changes within the international gaming industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (required).
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Scrum delivery methods (required).
- Strong analytical skills to develop products and interpret results (required).
- Experience in working within or project managing a software delivery team (required).
- Familiarity with TFS and/or JIRA or related Atlassian technology (required).
- Deep knowledge in UX is an advantage (nice-to-have).
- Demonstrated experience as a product owner in the field of online sports betting is a plus (nice-to-have).
- Extensive experience in one or more areas within Sportsbook: Risk Management & Trading, Sports betting UX & UI, Retail Sports betting, Feed integration, or other relevant areas (required).
- Experience in the online gaming sector is a considerable benefit (nice-to-have).
- Initiative, creativity, curiosity, independence, great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, quick learning ability, and multitasking capabilities (required).
- Excellent relationship builder and negotiator (required).
