Project Manager
Aristocrat is looking for a strong Project Manager to join the project management department. The role involves overseeing projects from their initial planning stages through to full implementation.
The Project Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, including Business, Product, Design, and Tech, to ensure the successful delivery of complex software projects. The position requires managing relationships with large global customers and vendors while balancing the needs of both business and engineering stakeholders.
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring the project from initiation through its entire duration until full implementation.
- Analyzing and handling project risks.
- Working closely with Business, Product, Design, Tech, and Scrum feature teams.
- Working with large global customers and vendors on complex software projects.
- Tackling problems throughout the project life cycle and balancing the needs of both business and engineering team members.
- Extremely driven and persistent personality (required).
- Tech-savvy (required).
- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ideally in Igaming (required).
- Experience in third party integrations (nice-to-have).
- Account management or customer-facing experience (required).
- University degree in a field related to project management or IT (required).
- Excellent written and verbal English level and presentation skills (required).
- Demonstrated ability in presenting information clearly and assertiveness (required).
- Prioritization abilities, good judgment, well-organised, diligent, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and risks (required).
- High level of independence (required).
