Senior Associate Product Manager
Aristocrat is looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager to support the development and optimisation of an existing game. This role provides an opportunity to learn the processes and skills required to become a top Product Manager while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap.
The successful candidate will analyse player behaviour and help deliver features that maximise engagement, retention, and monetisation. This position is designed for a motivated individual seeking to build a career in the gaming industry.
- Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetisable.
- Aid with the conversion of ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and assist on the decision on their implementation.
- Own features and optimisations from ideation to delivery.
- Create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
- Gather and synthesise player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
- Work with the team of product managers, artists, and engineers to prioritise tasks, manage the roadmap and ensure implementation is executed.
- Define, measure and analyse KPIs and base priorities and decisions for next steps on metrics.
- Perform systematic A/B tests.
- Optimise features post-launch for increased engagement and monetisation.
