The Senior Data Analyst will partner closely with UA and Growth collaborators to understand performance, investigate business questions, and provide actionable recommendations. They will lead analytical projects end-to-end, from problem definition and data exploration through to insights and collaborator communication. The role involves owning and evolving the business logic and analytical requirements of Growth data models, ensuring they accurately represent how the business measures performance. The analyst will act as a key collaborator with Data Engineering, translating business and analytical needs into clear data requirements and validating delivered solutions. They will proactively identify and investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across Growth reporting and underlying data models. Building and maintaining scalable reporting and analytical solutions, reducing repetitive manual analysis where possible, is also a key responsibility. Defining and maintaining key Growth metrics and measurement logic across areas such as spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance will be crucial. Performing deep-dive analyses to understand performance drivers, find opportunities, and support investment decisions is expected. Communicating complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership, is essential. Providing technical mentorship and sharing standard methodologies with other analysts while contributing to consistent analytical standards across the team is also part of the role. The analyst will work closely with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling projects by offering solid analytical and data foundations.
