Senior Games Product Manager
At Aristocrat, the Senior Games Product Manager will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of the iLottery and iGaming eInstant games portfolio. This position involves driving the entire game lifecycle, from initial concept to commercial success, while ensuring that games outperform the market.
The role requires a professional who can define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title. The individual will lead game discovery, including concept validation and market fit, while partnering with mathematicians, designers, and studios to develop compelling and competitive gaming experiences.
- Lead the full lifecycle of multiple games-from conceptualization through launch and live operations
- Define product vision, positioning, and success metrics for each title
- Lead game discovery including concept validation, market fit, and target forecasting
- Drive execution while maintaining high quality and commercial excellence standards
- Define and evolve core game mechanics
- Partner with mathematicians, designers, and studios to develop compelling, competitive iLottery game experiences
- Apply deep understanding of player psychology, monetization levers, and retention dynamics
- Continuously set the standard on innovation and differentiation in the portfolio
- Take full accountability for game performance metrics (engagement, retention, monetization)
- Analyze data and player behavior to drive continuous improvements and scaling strategies
- Lead post-launch optimization including Live Ops, feature tuning, data analysis, and roadmap evolution
- Identify and replicate patterns from top-performing games into future titles
- Function as a senior ally to game studios, guiding creative and production directions
- Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, build, analytics, commercial, and compliance teams
- Mentor and guide mid-level PMs or team members, raising overall product quality
- Drive prioritization and decision-making in complex, ambiguous environments
- Ensure games meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements across jurisdictions
- Adapt products to improve success across different markets and player segments
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging player behaviors
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on slot games, iGaming, or casino products (required)
- A record of launching multiple games that achieved strong commercial performance (e.g., high engagement, retention, or revenue success) (required)
- Deep expertise in iLottery, slot mechanics, RNG systems, and monetization development (required)
- Experience working closely with game studios, designers, and math teams (required)
- Strong skill in reviewing data and using it to guide product decisions and growth strategies (required)
- Proven track record in leading complex products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment (required)
- Strong communication and partner management skills (required)
