Sr. Analyst, Technical Project Management

Description

The Enterprise PMO is strengthening how delivery data becomes trusted insight, how reporting becomes decision support, and how manual work is reduced through smarter workflows and automation. As Senior Analyst, Delivery Intelligence, Data & Automation, you will help build the intelligence layer that supports enterprise delivery governance, reporting, product and delivery data enablement, and modern ways of working. This is a business-facing role that sits at the intersection of analytics, process improvement, automation, and enterprise delivery operations. This is not an engineering or data science position. It is a delivery intelligence role for someone who can turn process standards, data structures, reporting needs, and workflow opportunities into practical business capability.

Every important business decision depends on trusted information. This role helps transform delivery data into actionable intelligence that improves visibility, strengthens decision-making, and enables leadership teams to act with confidence. By improving reporting integrity, automating manual processes, and increasing transparency across strategic initiatives, this role directly contributes to better execution, stronger governance, and improved business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and insight outputs that support delivery governance and executive decision-making.
  • Transform delivery data into clear views of progress, risks, dependencies, milestones, capacity, and outcomes.
  • Improve executive reporting by moving beyond status collection toward actionable insight.
  • Identify opportunities to improve governance effectiveness through reporting and analysis.
  • Own execution of the PMO delivery data model, reporting definitions, KPI logic, and reporting structures.
  • Maintain data quality controls, validation practices, and reporting integrity checks.
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and source issues, and support remediation with platform and business partners.
  • Support product and portfolio reporting data structures in partnership with portfolio, product, data, and technology teams.
  • Translate business definitions into practical reporting structures, fields, hierarchies, and measurement logic.
  • Help ensure roadmap and delivery data can be connected, trusted, and used for decision support.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, governance, and delivery operations workflows.
  • Build or support workflow automation using approved platforms and business rules.
  • Translate governance thresholds, reporting triggers, and process rules into scalable workflow logic.
  • Evaluate modern productivity capabilities for practical PMO and delivery use cases.
  • Prototype business-focused automation and insight use cases.
  • Support responsible use of automation through validation, quality checks, and adoption practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, PMO reporting, business operations, delivery operations, process automation, or digital enablement (required).
  • Strong experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, business data, and operational metrics (required).
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, data visualization, reporting models, or comparable analytics tools (required).
  • Experience improving data quality, reporting integrity, business definitions, or KPI consistency (required).
  • Ability to translate business process and governance needs into reporting, data, and automation requirements (required).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills (required).
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, product roadmap platforms, Power Automate, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Experience supporting portfolio, product, PMO, or delivery reporting environments (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, semantic models, data pipelines, or reporting architecture (preferred).
  • Experience with dashboarding, reporting automation, or workflow design (preferred).
Benefits
  • A comprehensive pay and benefits package designed to stay competitive in the market, support wellbeing, and recognise contribution.
  • Your specific compensation package will be determined by factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for annual bonuses and incentives, health and wellbeing benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, insurance coverage, and other local or statutory benefits.
  • Specific details about compensation and benefits for this position will be discussed during the recruitment process.
