Sr Compliance Analyst
Aristocrat is looking for a Senior Cyber Compliance Analyst to join the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team within the Global Information Security division. The role involves leading cyber compliance activities, managing global audits, and collaborating across the business to advance cybersecurity objectives.
The position is responsible for maintaining the security and compliance of systems worldwide. The analyst will work within a versatile team to identify risks, drive remediation efforts, and support the broader security program in alignment with the company's global strategy.
- Lead and contribute to cyber compliance activities across global audits, including evidence collection and process improvements.
- Manage SOC1 and SOC2 audits for North and South America while coordinating with the larger compliance team on ISO 27001, PCI, and Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) audits.
- Partner with the internal audit team, leading cyber responses to findings and driving remediation efforts.
- Work across the organisation to identify, monitor, and address risks through organised risk management procedures.
- Support the broader security program, aligning with Aristocrat’s strategy and critical metrics.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen cybersecurity, proactively identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Build and advance the global cybersecurity strategy and support key security initiatives.
- Mentor less experienced team members, encouraging growth and expertise within the team.
- 10+ years of proven track record in the information security audit/compliance field (required).
- Multiple years of hands-on experience leading ISO 27001, SOC 1, and SOC 2 audits, and PCI DSS certifications (required).
- Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53 (nice-to-have).
- Experience with gaming industry standards such as GLI-GSF, GLI-19, GLI-33 or U.S. gaming regulations like MUSL (nice-to-have).
- Proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate an evolving cybersecurity landscape (required).
- Outstanding teamwork skills and a team-first demeanour in a global environment (required).
- Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities along with clear and confident written and verbal communication capabilities (required).
- Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and/or CompTIA Security+ (preferred).
