Sr Engineer I - C++ Developer
Aristocrat is looking for a Sr Engineer I - C++ Developer to join its driven team. The successful candidate will build, develop, and improve game features using Advanced C++ (11/14) and OOAD principles. They will understand game architecture, codebase, and development workflows, and analyze requirements to implement assigned tasks with quality and efficiency. The role also involves debugging software issues, using AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency, code quality, and learning, and participating in code reviews to adhere to coding standards and engineering guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment is key, as is continuously learning and applying new technologies, tools, and AI-enabled development practices. Contributions will be made to the quality, performance, and maintainability of game software.
- Build, develop, and improve game features using Advanced C++ (11/14) and OOAD principles.

- Exposure to version control systems such as Git or SVN (required).
- Awareness of Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) and their application in software development (required).
- Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, or efficiency improvement (required).
