Sr Engineer II - Manual Testing

- Build, develop, and complete comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform detailed platform testing to ensure software meets rigorous standards.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.
- Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimising efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Apply AI know-how to improve testing processes and outcomes.
- Implement and drive automation strategies for streamlined testing procedures.
- Perform functional testing, Regression Testing, and integration testing.
- Perform performance and stress testing to identify system limits.
- Review and analyse system specifications.
- Provide detailed documentation of test results and processes.
- Mentor and support team members in testing methodologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes.
- Successfully implement testing strategies to compete in a fast-paced industry.
- Communicate regularly with collaborators, ensuring alignment with Agile methodology.
- Innovate and implement improvements in testing processes, tools, and test cases to improve overall efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Test Engineer with 5+ years in a senior role (required).
- Proven verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with global collaborators (required).
- ISTQB certification is a must (required).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, windows, Unity, and technical tools (required).
- Prior experience in the gaming industry is highly desirable (nice-to-have).
- Solid experience in hardware/platform testing and AI technologies (required).
- Outstanding problem-solving, analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail (required).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment (required).
- Solid understanding of software development/testing lifecycle and testing methodologies (required).
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins), automation tools and strategies (required).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience (required).
- Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and quality standards (required).
- Experience with performance and stress testing methods (required).
- Jira/Zephyr/Testrail/Xray/Confluence knowledge is a must (required).
