Sr. Lead Artist
Aristocrat is looking for a Sr. Lead Artist to join the team and contribute to the development of high-quality gaming experiences. The role involves leading a team of artists to produce visual content that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
The Sr. Lead Artist will oversee the artistic process from initial concept through to final implementation. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure that all visual assets meet the company's standards for quality and consistency.
- Lead and encourage a team of dedicated artists to develop flawless visual content.

- Coordinate the creation of world-class game art, from concept to final implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve artistic issues to maintain the integrity of visual products.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand vision and improves the overall gaming experience.
- Proven experience as a lead artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing world-class work (required).
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on game art and development (required).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and mentor a team (required).
- Outstanding understanding of various artistic techniques and tools (required).
- Ability to strictly adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality work (required).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (required).
- A strong attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics (required).
- Experience with both 2D and 3D art (required).
- Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and ZBrush (required).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Art, Build, or a related field (preferred).
