Talent Research Lead - Global Search

Description

The Talent Research Lead will develop and coach a team performing extensive talent mapping, executive sourcing, and proactive market intelligence initiatives for critical global leadership and unique talent searches. This role partners closely with senior business leaders and TA team members to identify future talent needs, anticipate evolving workforce trends, and build robust talent ecosystems that support Aristocrat’s long-term growth strategy.

The individual will operate as a strategic advisor and talent intelligence expert, demonstrating advanced AI-enabled recruitment technologies such as Metaview, Draup, LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant, and ChatGPT, as well as emerging sourcing platforms, to continuously evolve Aristocrat’s global talent acquisition capability. The ideal candidate combines deep executive search expertise with exceptional research capability, strong commercial competence, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for innovation in talent intelligence and AI-enabled recruiting.

  • Personally lead and implement executive and strategic talent research assignments across global markets, business functions, and priority talent segments.
  • Conduct deep primary and secondary research to identify target organisations, competitor talent, leadership pipelines, and emerging talent markets.
  • Build market maps, structures, succession landscapes, and curated talent pools for critical and future-focused roles.
  • Deliver talent insights, competitor intelligence, hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce analytics to inform executive hiring decisions.
  • Translate external market data into proactive sourcing strategies, talent advisory recommendations, and workforce planning insights.

  • Ensure talent pipelines are continuously refreshed, segmented, and aligned to evolving business priorities.
  • Develop and embed AI-enabled tools, workflows, and research capabilities across the Talent Research team to improve quality, speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Leverage advanced recruiting and research technologies, including LinkedIn AI Hiring Assistant, CoPilot Studio, Metaview, Talent Neuron, Draup, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement new talent intelligence tools, automation opportunities, and technology-based practices that improve the effectiveness of research and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clarity into pipeline health, talent readiness, diversity representation, market availability, and search effectiveness.
  • Ensure all talent research and sourcing activities align with internal policies, external regulations, and ethical recruiting standards globally.
