CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator
Bally's Interactive is looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Coordinator to help create personalised, engaging experiences for players across online casino and sportsbook products. In this role, the individual will plan, build, and optimise targeted CRM lifecycles and campaigns across multiple brands, markets, and products.
As part of the North American team, the coordinator will support casino and sportsbook retention marketing efforts, working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation. The focus will be on strategising, building, and executing B2C lifecycle campaigns that deliver a best-in-class player experience.
- Coordinate and execute CRM campaigns and communications across multiple brands, markets, products, and customer segments.
- Partner with Content, Design, and BI teams to brief creative, copy, and data requirements and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Build and launch campaigns across key channels, including email, push notifications, and direct mail.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to automate CRM workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance customer engagement.
- Develop and execute ongoing testing strategies to optimise campaign performance and communications.
- Partner with BI and Insights teams to analyse and report on campaign results.
- Maintain visibility of current and upcoming lifecycles and campaigns across relevant stakeholders.
- Support Casino and Sports Retention teams with the implementation of new technologies, processes, and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with Retention and cross-functional teams to continuously improve CRM tools and processes.
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 USD
