Product Designer
As a Product Designer in Sports, you'll own the end-to-end UX and UI for the sportsbook journeys in your domain, taking work through to polished, production-ready design.
You'll manage your own projects day to day, working within our design system to deliver consistent, high-quality work, with your Lead there for direction and support.

You'll explain your design decisions clearly to stakeholders at every level, and partner with User Research to keep real player needs at the centre of everything you make.

- Produce quality design work and able to Deliver confident UX and UI that meets product requirements and our quality bar at every stage from early concept to production-ready design.
- Effectively works within and contributes to design systems, ensuring scalable, consistent, and developer-ready solutions.
- Leverages AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and delivery while maintaining design quality and sharing best practices.
- Uses user research, analytics, and testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve the player experience.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes, design quality, and team practices while taking ownership of outcomes.
- 2+ years' experience in a Product Design (UX/UI) role, ideally on consumer digital products at scale (required).
- Strong UX and UI craft, backed by a portfolio that shows shipped work and the thinking behind it (required).
- Confident, everyday use of AI tools in your design work, and the curiosity to keep expanding how you apply them (required).
- Comfortable working within a structured design system - components, patterns and tokens - and spotting where it can improve (required).
- Strong communication and able to articulate well to listen, present and defend design decisions to stakeholders at all levels - and to take challenge well (required).
- Experienced in Figma and other modern design tools (required).
- A working understanding of the technology and platforms your designs will run on, and what that means for what's feasible (required).
- Experience in sports betting or real-money gaming or a genuine interest in designing responsibly and creatively in the space (nice-to-have).
