Casino Manager
Bet365 is seeking a Casino Manager to be based in its Malta office. This role is central to leading the Casino, Live Casino, and Poker products during a period of transformation aimed at improving the gaming experience across UK and European markets.
This is a hands-on position where the successful candidate acts as the primary point of contact for specific markets. The role involves translating wider business goals into daily operations, collaborating with product and marketing teams to ensure offerings resonate with local players, and utilising data to drive performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Translate regional strategy into actionable country-level plans, driving market expansion and establishing Bet365 as a dominant player in the local iGaming landscape.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy in collaboration with the Gaming Commercial team.
- Collaborate with the Gaming Product and Marketing teams to tailor marketing campaigns and product offerings to resonate with local market preferences.
- Track the profit and loss for assigned markets, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Lead and manage the country team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while supporting the professional development of team members.
- Build strong relationships with gaming providers and key business partners.
- Work closely with the Head of Gaming, UK and Europe to align and support country-specific initiatives.
- Analyse data to drive continuous improvement, conduct periodic benchmarking, and utilise internal reporting tools to monitor and enhance market performance.
- Proven experience in a casino focused role (required).
- Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting KPIs, with a focus on driving profitability (required).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving operational excellence (required).
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance within the iGaming sector, with a commitment to player protection and responsible gaming (required).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder and partner management, building relationships across diverse teams (required).
- Familiarity with performance analysis tools and systems, coupled with a proactive approach to continuous improvement (required).
