CRM Operations Lead
As Sports CRM Operations Lead, the role is responsible for a team of Associates, ensuring the day-to-day execution and optimisation of CRM campaigns across the USA and Canada. The role involves leading a team of Associates and Copywriters in creating marketing content and executing campaigns, aligning with CRM strategy.
The role works closely with the CRM strategy team to ensure that all campaigns are relevant, effective and drive engagement across the customer base. The role ensures that all campaigns are completed to the highest standard, ensuring localised, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied and adhering to regulatory and marketing standards.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
- Assisting and guiding Associates in the build, test and execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app messages, push notifications, offer pages).
- Working closely with CRM and other stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Ensuring all Sports CRM campaigns adhere to quality standards, regulation and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet the needs of the department and the Company.
- Investigating and resolving any issues related to campaign execution.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Setting and managing objectives for Associates and Copywriters and assist in the ongoing development of individuals within the team.
- Experience working in a CRM or marketing related role (preferred).
- Proven experience to lead, motivate, organise and develop individuals in a team environment (required).
- Working knowledge of Content Management Systems, including Contentful (required).
- Working knowledge of customer engagement platforms such as Braze (required).
- Working knowledge of customer data platforms such as Optimove (required).
- Working knowledge of work management systems such as Monday.com (required).
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation skills with an outstanding attention to detail (required).
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment (required).
- Passion for sports and a good understanding of online sports betting mechanics and promos (preferred).
- High standard of written English, including the ability to proofread a diverse range of content (required).
- Ability to use initiative and lead by example with a positive attitude (required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (required).
- Salary range of USD 75,000 - USD 105,000 annually.
