Customer Service Advisor
Bet365 is seeking passionate Customer Service Advisors to join its US hub in Denver. This role offers a career opportunity supported by an industry-leading 8-week training programme, which serves as a foundation for the company's promote-from-within culture.
The position is full-time and follows a flexible shift pattern designed around the North American sports calendar, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employees will be expected to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with various departments and escalating issues as needed.
- Engage with customers through live chat, telephone, and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist in support of various internal efforts that improve how customers perceive the platform and services.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements to provide accurate information.
- Promote and advocate for responsible gambling practices among customers.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate, communicate and resolve customer inquiries (required).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (required).

- Starting wage of USD 23.76 per hour, increasing to USD 24.66 post-training.
