German-Speaking Customer Account Advisor

Joining our team of European Customer Account Advisors in Malta, you will have the opportunity to support our global customer base of 120 million by providing a first-class customer service experience. As the world's favourite online betting brand, you will play a key role in shaping our customer experience.
You will support a wide range of contacts regarding betting, payments, and account queries, offering advice and solutions via live chat, email, and telephone. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service whilst handling multiple queries, this full-time role requires an extremely adaptable and motivated individual. Your schedule will be tailored to the dynamic sporting calendar, covering five days a week, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Delivering a positive customer experience and first contact resolution when assisting customers with queries and complaints.
- Liaising with internal departments in English to answer our customers' queries.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via live chat, email, and telephone.
- Using internal tools to support and take ownership of your customer query.
- Thoroughly investigating issues and escalating queries when necessary.
- Maintaining knowledge of policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.
- Promoting responsible gambling.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken, for a fast-paced environment (required).
- Clear communication in English, both written and verbal, to handle a diverse range of queries (required).
- A passion for exceeding customer expectations and resolving issues efficiently (required).
- Multitasking at the highest level, handling multiple interactions simultaneously (required).
- Proven resilience to stress and the ability to thrive under pressure (required).
- Self-sufficient problem-solving skills and initiative to proactively resolve customer issues (required).
- Open to feedback and focused on personal development (required).
- Competent computer skills, including experience with CRM platforms (required).
- Experience within a dynamic customer service environment (preferred).
