English Account Advisor
The company is seeking a Customer Account Advisor with a C1 English level. This is a career opportunity that offers the chance to thrive and grow within customer support services.
Based in the Bogota office, the role involves delivering exceptional support to US customers. Flexibility will be key, as the advisor will be engaging with customers during peak times across the sporting calendar, including evenings, some weekends, and holidays. Support will be provided through three channels: chat, email, and phone calls, ensuring customers receive assistance tailored to their needs.
This role offers an opportunity to deepen understanding of the American customer market, equipping the advisor with valuable insights.
- Communicating effectively with English-speaking customers.
- Communicating with internal English-speaking departments to resolve customer’s queries or complaints.
- Providing support to the customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.
- Reviewing and escalating queries from customers to superiors when required.
- Providing a positive experience to customers and resolving their queries as soon as possible.
- Using internal tools to resolve customer’s queries.
- Promoting Responsible Gambling.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge with licensing policies procedures and criteria.
