Head of Marketing, Brazil and LATAM
As the Head of Marketing for Brazil and LATAM markets, you will be responsible for the local implementation of our Global Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and consumer behaviour. In this role, you will lead a distributed team across various marketing functions, including Brand and Media, Performance and Digital Marketing, Affiliates, Public Relations (PR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Working in a matrix management structure, you will collaborate with cross-jurisdiction teams to drive performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Executing the Global Marketing Strategy tailored to the unique characteristics of the Brazilian and LATAM markets.
- Developing and adapting marketing plans that resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand integrity.
- Leading and managing a distributed marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Working closely with cross-jurisdiction teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and share best practices.
- Collaborating with product, compliance, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Using data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in Brazil and LATAM.
- Staying informed about regulatory changes and cultural nuances that may impact marketing strategies.
- Developing and managing the marketing budget for Brazil and LATAM, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitoring expenditures and report on financial performance against budget.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
- Representing the marketing function in senior management discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. (preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the gaming, sports, or entertainment industries. (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian and LATAM markets, including cultural and regulatory considerations. (required)
- Demonstrable experience in managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. (required)
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. (required)
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are advantageous. (required)
