Software Engineer, MarTech
As a Software Engineer on the Offers team, the successful candidate will be instrumental in building and maintaining real-time, event-based systems. This role empowers the business to create new bonus mechanics quickly and easily for over 140 million monthly active users.
Operating as part of a full-stack team, there are opportunities to expand your skillset and work with low-latency, highly available microservices that serve intense loads of traffic. The position requires direct contribution to solution proposals, identification of areas of technical improvement, implementation with innovative tooling, and deployment to complex distributed cloud infrastructure.

- Build and maintain real-time, event-based systems.
- Empower the business to create new bonus mechanics.

- Commercial experience within web clients or server-side development (required).
- Knowledge of Kafka, Apache Flink, SQL, Golang, React or Typescript, though expertise in similar or alternative technologies are welcome (required).
- Experience working in an environment with high volumes of change (required).
- Use of AI technologies for enhancing developer productivity (required).
- Ability to clearly communicate technical matters to stakeholders across different areas of the business (required).
- Experience with software development methodologies and best practices (required).
- Understanding of the development of automation and developer tooling such as Continuous Build and CI systems (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field, or relevant professional experience (required).
- Annual base salary between $90,000 and $135,000.
- Annual performance-based bonus.
- 20 days PTO, plus 12 US holidays and your birthday.
