Sportsbook Site Display Coordinator
Bet365 is looking for a Studio Operator to play a key role in the delivery of sports betting and live streaming content offered to customers via the company website and mobile apps across a variety of regulated locations. The Studio department ensures that customers receive a localised sports betting product dependent on their location to maximise betting interactions.
In this role, the successful candidate will prepare, monitor, and control multiple areas of the sports website, including classification pages, offers, and live streams to enhance customer experience and ensure that the sports product meets the requirements of the trading department. The position involves working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to cover the busy sporting calendar.
- Work closely with the scheduling and analysis teams to ensure all applicable events are considered and promoted effectively.
- Create and manage the display of country or state-specific content on the company mobile and desktop platforms.
- Monitor the company presence across a range of media to ensure content is both compliant and current.
- Ensure that live streaming services provide customers with accurate live feeds of the most popular sporting events.
- Send internal and external communications to ensure content delivery is effective.
- Awareness of Bet365's sports betting products, platforms, and live streaming (required).
