Sportsbook Site Display Coordinator
As a Studio Operator, the Sportsbook Site Display Coordinator plays a key role in the delivery of sports betting and live streaming content offered to customers via the Bet365 website and mobile apps across a variety of regulated locations. The Studio department ensures that customers receive a localised sports betting product dependent on their location to maximise betting interactions.
The coordinator prepares, monitors, and controls multiple areas of the sports website, including classification pages, offers, and live streams, to enhance the customer experience and ensure the sports product meets the requirements of the trading department. This role involves gaining in-depth knowledge of global content delivery, including event prioritisation and customer betting trends. The position requires working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to cover the busy sporting calendar.
- Work closely with the scheduling and analysis teams to focus on the sporting calendar and ensure all applicable events are considered and promoted effectively.
- Create and manage the display of country or state-specific content on the Bet365 mobile and desktop platforms.
- Monitor the company presence across a range of media to ensure content is both compliant and current.
- Ensure that live streaming services provide customers with accurate live feeds of the most popular sporting events.
- Send internal and external communications to ensure content delivery is effective.
