Senior Visual Designer
The company is looking for a passionate Senior Visual Designer to join the Product Design team and contribute to building a world-class visual experience seen and used by millions of customers daily. This role involves owning the creation and delivery of static and animated assets for product surfaces and in-app placements.
The Senior Visual Designer will maintain guidelines that empower local market teams and lead asset governance, including game thumbnail review and creation. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with external creative partners and playing an active role in mentoring the next generation of designers. - Design and deliver static and animated visual assets for product surfaces and in-app placements across multiple markets, balancing speed and quality.
- Own visual guidelines creation, maintenance, and adoption, acting as the visual consistency guardian and primary support for local market teams.
- Lead asset curation and governance, reviewing and creating game thumbnails, and ensuring quality and consistency standards are met across all platforms and market variations.
- Coordinate communication and workflows with external creative partners.
- Monitor and mentor intern designers, supporting their development and ensuring output quality.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong focus on digital product environments (required).
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating static and animated work in product and in-app contexts (required).
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including motion and animation (required).
- Proven experience creating and maintaining guidelines across multiple markets or brands (required).
- Experience managing external creative partner relationships, including briefing and feedback cycles (required).
- Comfortable working with AI as part of your day-to-day creative workflow (required).
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers or interns (required).
- Fluent English, written and spoken, for daily collaboration with international teams and partners (required).
- Understanding of product design principles and UX thinking (nice-to-have).
- Experience in iGaming or sports betting (nice-to-have).
- Familiarity with localization workflows for multi-market asset adaptation (nice-to-have).
- Basic Figma knowledge for collaborating within product teams (nice-to-have).
