Customer Support Agent
Join our team! At BetConstruct, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent for our Peru office.
-Receive and handle live chats regarding doubts, inquiries, and questions.
-Correctly transfer doubts to other company departments and inform customers of their resolution.
-Follow up on inquiries to ensure complete resolution of cases.
-Technical or university students/graduates from any field
-Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency
-Customer service experience (not essential)
-Availability to work in rotating shifts
-Availability to work 100% in-person
