AI Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

We are focusing SoftConstruct's strategy around AI-powered solutions that give B2B partners a competitive edge in their markets. In this role, you will translate AI capabilities into concrete partner wins, turning strategic vision into deals closed, pipelines expanded, and revenue delivered. You will act as a technical deal enabler, bridging AI products and client systems, supporting complex sales cycles by designing tailored solutions and ensuring seamless integration with partner platforms.
- Act as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle, driving complex and highvalue deals to successful outcomes
- Partner with client technical teams to understand architecture, integration requirements, and constraints
- Design and present scalable AI solutions (e.g., APIs, data pipelines, system architectures) tailored to client needs
- Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution validation processes
- Support implementation planning and handover to delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering to influence product direction and improve solution offerings
- Develop reusable solution patterns, best practices, and technical assets to scale pre-sales effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with demonstrated technical expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting within B2B AI, SaaS, or data-driven products
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
- Ability to design scalable, client-specific solutions aligned with both business and technical requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
