BI Analyst / VBET
Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to help the organization make informed business decisions. Taking ownership of complex data projects, designing advanced BI solutions, and actively shaping business strategies with data-driven insights.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Metabase)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
- Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data integration and processing
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
- Support senior analysts and data engineers on larger projects, contributing to strategic initiatives
- University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related field
- At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in data discovery methodology
- Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, and general financial)
- Experience analyzing CRM campaigns and player retention metrics
- Understanding of customer segmentation, engagement strategies, and promotional analytics
- SQL upper-intermediate skills
- Experience with Tableau and other BI instruments
- Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Proactive communication and presentation skills to communicate with team members, external data providers, and C-level
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
