Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily poker game operations across the network to ensure stable gameplay
- Configure and maintain poker tournaments, including buy-ins, prize pools, structures, rebuy/add-on settings, and tournament schedules
- Manage promotional mechanics such as missions, leaderboards, and special tournament series
- Investigate gameplay-related issues reported by partners, including tournament logic, rebuy/add-on rules, and game behavior
- Act as the operational contact for partners regarding poker gameplay, tournament configuration, and product functionality
- Coordinate with Product, Development, and QA teams to resolve technical issues and improve poker features
- Support testing and validation of new poker releases, features, and fixes before deployment
- Track and manage partner requests and internal tasks through ticketing systems
- Ensure poker network rules and configurations are applied consistently across partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming operations, specifically focused on Poker or similar peer-to-peer products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Sports Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Project Management or Data Analysis are a plus
- Strong understanding of the online poker ecosystem and current market trends
- Proven ability to manage complex game configurations and tournament schedules without errors
- Ability to act as a reliable point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders
- Skill in identifying and investigating logic-based issues within gaming software
- Readiness to support network operations during high-traffic tournament series or special events
- Precision in managing buy-ins, prize pools, and complex game rules
- The ability to investigate and resolve technical gameplay issues
- Taking full ownership of tasks from the ticketing stage to final resolution
- Maintaining focus and stability in a fast-paced network environment
