Senior 3D Designer - Environments & Virtual Studios
We design immersive visual environments seen by audiences around the world. Our team creates high-end virtual studios and environments for digital entertainment productions. These spaces must feel cinematic, believable, and visually striking. We are looking for a Senior 3D Designer who specializes in environments and interiors - someone who understands lighting, materials, spatial composition, and realism at a professional level. If you care deeply about realism, atmosphere, and visual storytelling, you will thrive in this role.
- Design realistic 3D environments and studio interiors.
- Create virtual studio spaces integrated with real production using chroma key.
- Develop cinematic lighting scenarios and environment compositions.
- Translate creative concepts into production-ready 3D environments.
- Research visual references and industry trends.
- Collaborate with art direction and production teams.
- Use AI-assisted tools for concept development.
- Portfolio demonstrating realistic environments or architectural visualization.
- Professional experience in 3D environment design.
- Proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools.
- Strong rendering and lighting knowledge.
- Experience using AI tools for visual concept development.
- Applications without environment-focused work will not be reviewed.
- Portfolio must include realistic interiors or environments.
- Work should demonstrate strong lighting and rendering quality.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial composition.
- Ability to create believable photorealistic environments.
- Excellent visual taste and attention to detail.
- This role is NOT for 3D artists focused primarily on character modeling, generalists without environment design experience, or artists without photorealistic rendering skills.
