- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of various sports, including rules, historical trends, and key players, enabling accurate assessment of odds and market dynamics.
- Stay updated with current sports events, trends, and developments across different leagues and competitions worldwide.
- Stay abreast of regulations and compliance requirements in regulated gambling markets, ensuring that VBET’s sportsbook operations adhere to legal standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to interpret complex regulatory frameworks and implement compliance measures effectively.
- Utilize advanced statistical models and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sports betting data, enabling proactive risk assessment strategies and day-to-day operations.
- Analyses sportsbook promotions and assess their impact on customer behavior and risk exposure.
- Provide detailed evaluations of promotional campaigns, highlighting their efficiency and suggesting improvements for maximizing customer engagement while managing risk.
- Consult with marketing and regional teams to optimize promotional strategies, ensuring that promotions are not only attractive to customers but also align with the risk tolerance levels set by the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention while maintaining a balanced risk profile.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Extensive experience in sportsbook risk analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of sports betting markets, odds compilation, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Strong sports knowledge, expertise in regulated gambling market regulations.
- Experience in reviewing and optimizing promotional campaigns it is preferred.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear communication and documentation of complex sportsbook strategies and analyses.
- Translate complex sports data and analyses into coherent insights for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
