AI Engineer
Betsson Group is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build best in class applications and solutions. The role involves developing AI solutions and applications, context systems and AI Agents, while maintaining and enhancing multiple AI systems and products.
The successful candidate will research frontier models and collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services used by millions of players. This is an opportunity to work with bleeding edge technology and build world-class products.
As an engineer, the focus will be on developing and maintaining modular and reusable systems, exploring new technologies, and finding solutions to enhance products. The engineer will participate in design discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute directly to the codebase. They will also play a key part in building a collaborative, high-performing team culture, whether reviewing code or supporting other engineers and tech leads.
- Develop AI solutions, applications, context systems, and AI Agents.
- Maintain and enhance multiple AI systems and products.
- Research frontier models.
- Collaborate with product and architecture teams to deliver high-performing services.

- Proven experience developing and delivering production ready AI Applications (required).
- Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering (required).
- Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores and MCP (required).
- Experience on developing AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain (required).
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers in a technical capacity (required).
