Country Manager - Greece
The Country Manager will have full responsibility for the Greek market, overseeing customer experience, lifecycle management and local marketing strategy. The key objective is to drive sustainable revenue growth and maximise customer value. The Greek market includes both online casino and sportsbook operations.
The role involves leading and developing a team of local experts and professionals. The Country Manager will develop and implement the local market strategy and annual plans, while managing the local budget. In close collaboration with Central teams, they will review and approve quarterly market and CRM plans, ensuring that local marketing teams deliver effective strategies and measurable results for the Greek market. The position is accountable for customer life cycle from acquisition to retention and driving brand awareness through a mix of onsite and offsite marketing channels, closely following any market trends. Ensuring customer engagement is delivered through effective customer marketing and an optimised site experience is crucial. The Country Manager will be responsible to overview, flag and improve the customer’s experience and journeys, optimise daily operations to improve quarterly performance and meet annual revenue targets, and ensure that all executions are compliant in their market. They will also follow closely the competition and industry/market trends.

- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing (required).
- More than 10 years’ experience in marketing or commercial positions (required).
- At least 3 years of experience at a senior strategic level (required).
- Direct experience working on Greek market (required).
- Solid people management experience (required).
- Deep understanding of Casino and Sportsbook with a proven track record of delivering commercial success (required).
- Gaming retail experience will be considered an asset (nice-to-have).
- Excellent skills in communication, both verbally and in writing (required).
- Excellent project management abilities in driving multiple initiatives at once (required).
- Results orientated and strong analytical skills (required).
- Proactive, driven and have a positive can-do attitude (required).
