Frontend Software Engineer
The Sportsbook Area with Product Development is now hiring a Frontend Software Engineer. The company has a world-class Sportsbook, developed in-house by a dedicated Sportsbook tech team and growing at a very rapid rate. The Product Development organisation is global with cross-functional teams spanning 5 Tech Hubs. The Sportsbook Platform is in-house, hosting brands that offer Sportsbetting. The aim is to create the best performance, functionality, and user experience in the iGaming industry. As part of the Sportsbook tech team, a high-performance product serving many brands (20+), the engineer will be key in ensuring the team delivers the required business value. The role involves working with Angular, TypeScript, Redux pattern for state management through ngRx, RxJS, Angular Material, Sass, and HTML5.
- Develop and maintain high-performance frontend features for the in-house Sportsbook platform.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver business value.
- Work with Angular, TypeScript, Redux, RxJS, Angular Material, Sass, and HTML5.
- Interact with REST APIs to support platform functionality.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality user experience across multiple brands.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and any JavaScript-based UI framework (required).
- Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS (required).
- Experience interacting with REST APIs (required).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (required).
- Experience in using Angular2+, Redux, and RxJS (nice-to-have).
- Knowledge of .Net/C# in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF (nice-to-have).
- Experience in using responsive design (nice-to-have).
- Experience with SQL server, writing queries, and tuning performance (nice-to-have).
- Experience implementing distributed and multi-tier/micro-service systems (nice-to-have).
