Description

Betsson Group is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Gaming Coordinator to join the Belgian team. Reporting directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Casino product remains competitive by coordinating game releases, testing new content, supporting promotional activities, and delivering the best possible player experience.

The role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. The Gaming Coordinator will be responsible for managing the game release roadmap, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with various internal teams to facilitate smooth product launches.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Casino Manager for Belgium supporting the execution of the Casino product strategy.
  • Own the Belgium game release roadmap ensuring all planned releases are delivered on the global release date whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external game providers to ensure timely delivery of new games and product updates.
  • Execute comprehensive testing of new games across desktop and mobile identifying and escalating any issues before launch.
  • Ensure all game releases meet Belgium regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor upcoming provider roadmaps and coordinate release planning with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the setup and execution of Casino and Live Casino tournaments ensuring all configurations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with Above-The-Line (ATL) Casino product activities, including game selection, promotional planning and launch coordination.
  • Liaise with Product, QA, CRM, Compliance and Technical teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Monitor game releases after launch reporting any issues or opportunities for optimisation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and keep up to date with industry trends and new Casino product innovations.
  • Assist with gameplay investigations, provider queries and any Casino-related operational requests.
  • Support reporting, presentations and ad hoc projects for the Belgium Casino product.
Requirements
  • Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry (required).
  • Good understanding of Casino products and game providers (required).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail (required).
  • Experience testing digital products or Casino games (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders (required).
  • Strong analytical mindset with good Excel and Microsoft Office skills (required).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines (required).
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solution-oriented (required).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) (required).
  • Knowledge of Dutch and/or French (nice-to-have).
