Gaming Coordinator - Italy
Betsson Group is looking for a Gaming Coordinator to join team Italy. The role ensures timely launches, maintains compliance requirements, and improves efficiency, reducing risks of delays and strengthening the competitive offering.
The Gaming Coordinator will manage and optimise the Gaming portfolio, identifying new games and providers. They will coordinate product roadmaps with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. The role also involves ensuring all gaming products are up to date and optimising onsite content for the best user experience, as well as overseeing game certification processes with regulators. Configuration and testing of new contents or functionalities to ensure high-quality Gaming UX will be key, alongside collaboration with support teams and external suppliers to resolve potential issues. Competitor research and gap analysis to improve offerings, and execution of games repositioning according to the Gaming Manager directions are also part of the responsibilities. Any other ad hoc Casino related tasks to ensure the best gaming experience for players, and assistance and follow-up with relevant stakeholders on any game related queries that might arise are also expected.

- Experience in online gaming (required)
- Italian native speaker with proficiency in English (required)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills (required)
- Passion for sports and casino gaming (required)
- Solid understanding of the Italian market (required)
