Head of Artificial Intelligence
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead our AI initiatives across the company. This strategic leadership role involves establishing a Center of Excellence, promoting the integration and utilization of AI across the organization, spearheading innovative AI solutions, and enhancing our suite of products and services by embedding AI and machine learning to achieve company’s business outcomes supporting the accelerated growth pace.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals, drives innovation into company’s products and services and optimize our technology operations and development life cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy development and ensure competitiveness.
- Direct the exploration and implementation of new AI technologies and methodologies, including Generative AI and MLOps.
- Establish and scale a high-performing AI team, including recruiting and mentoring top talent.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide leadership, set clear performance objectives, KPIs and support professional development of the team.
- Serve as the lead point of contact across multiple teams, ensuring cohesive progress on AI projects.
- Design and deploy a framework and a platform to leverage and standardize the utilization of AI and Machine learning across the company.
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and responsible AI solutions to support real-time and very low latency applications.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and algorithms to ensure they deliver accurate, reliable results.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. (required)
- At least 5 years of experience in AI Field, have developed AI solutions and products, with significant experience in a leadership role within a high-growth AI environment. (required)
- Proven ability to manage and scale AI teams and developing cutting edge solutions with AI and Machine Learning embedded for large and complex production environments with real time requirements. (required)
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex Data/AI/ML projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. (required)
- Proficiency in AI technologies, event driven and real time data analytics environments, development and utilization of machine learning algorithms, MLOps, online feature stores for real time low latency applications, Generative AI Cloud Frameworks and Prompt/Agent Engineering. (required)
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the AI and ML space to proactively implement improvements, suggest innovative ways and ensuring Betsson remains at the forefront of innovation in this dynamic field. (required)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a robust understanding of business operations and market dynamics to innovate. (required)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and translating complex AI concepts into clear business strategies to be communicated to the C-Level Management and manage different stakeholders at different levels of seniority and skills. (required)
