Head of SB Product - Data & AI
Betsson Group is looking for a Head of SB Product - Data & AI to join the team. This role drives vision, strategy and execution for the Data & AI domain within SB.
The Head of SB Product – Data & AI will set the overall vision and direction for the Data & AI stream and own and manage its roadmap. They will ensure respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain, quality assuring prioritized use cases. This role involves managing the team of product managers and product owners within the Data & AI domain. The position also entails building out the Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and promote operational efficiencies, using both in-house built use cases and third-party products. Furthermore, the role supports the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI by facilitating the adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices, and drives out synergies in the Data & AI Domain with other teams outside of Sportsbook.
- Set the overall vision & direction for the Data & AI stream.
- Own & manage the roadmap for the Data & AI stream.
- Ensure the respective product teams generate, qualify and deliver improvements for the Sportsbook Data & AI domain – Quality assure prioritized use cases.
- Manage the team of product managers & product owners within the Data & AI domain.
- Build out the Betsson SB AI capabilities to support a rich customer experience and to promote operational efficiencies (as prioritized in the Data & AI roadmap) – Both inhouse built use cases and using third party products.
- Support the adoption journey in SB Product regarding AI – Facilitating adoption of AI tools and sharing best practices.
- Drive out synergies in the Data & AI Domain with other teams outside of Sportsbook.
- 5+ years from SB and the igaming industry (required).
- 7+ years of working within the Data Domain – Strong grasp of machine learning, data science, and model development practices (required).
- Excellent command of the AI landscape (required).
- At least +3 years as a people manager (required).
- Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar (required).
