Junior Commercial Project Manager – Southern Europe

Description

As a Junior Commercial Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of commercial projects across the Southern European market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within scope.

You will play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating activities, tracking progress, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication between teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their project management skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross team members, providers and suppliers to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Work alongside other PMs, product owner, designers, developers and QA teams to track deliverables and milestone.
  • Assist in the management of project scope, ensuring change requests are properly documented and assisted.
  • Support the definition of project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analysing and summarizing relevant information.
  • Assist with internal and external communication.
  • Active participation in continuous improvement methodology ensuring a certain quality standard upon product launch (MVP) followed by further improvements based on iterative and evaluative feedback.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure flagship campaigns are optimised.
  • Evaluation and filtering of project requests by the internal stakeholders of the team.
Requirements
  • A proactive and organised individual with a strong interest in project management and commercial operations (required).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams (required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).
  • A structured approach to planning, reporting, and problem-solving (required).

  • The ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (required).
