Senior AI Engineer
Betsson Group is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join its Data Center of Excellence (CoE) team. The role involves designing, building, and deploying AI and agentic solutions with real business impact, from LLM-driven pipelines to intelligent automation, while helping to shape the technical direction.
As part of the Data CoE, the successful candidate will take ownership of complex AI initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment. This position requires working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade solutions. The role offers the autonomy to solve hard problems independently, the platform to influence how AI is adopted across the business, and the opportunity to share expertise with the wider team.
- Independently design, build, and deploy LLM-powered pipelines and autonomous agents that solve real operational challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions.
- Get hands-on with frameworks like LangChain.
- Help set best practices around MLOps and production-grade AI.
- Mentor developers.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing.
- BSc/MSc in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (required)
- 3+ years industry experience designing, building and deploying Generative AI solutions (required)
- Strong proficiency in Python (required)
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Strands or equivalent) (required)
- Solid foundations in deep learning and foundation models (required)
- Experience integrating and orchestrating LLM-based pipelines end-to-end (required)
- Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior/mid developers, and deliver internal knowledge sessions (required)
- Familiarity with LLMOps (CI/CD pipelines, model hosting, evaluation, production monitoring) (required)
- Good knowledge of RAG pipelines (required)
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI) (preferred)
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA) (preferred)
- Experience in building advanced knowledge retrieval systems including Knowledge Graphs and Context Graphs (preferred)
- Previous experience in iGaming industry (preferred)
